Won’t be buying here. Don’t even waste your money !! We purchased sofa set 2 years ago along with the 5 year warranty . Had nothing but trouble , from broken frame , to popped buttons . Now the all the arms of the sofas are busted and it’s peeling but the warranty won’t cover that !! Waste of money , crap quality .

Super fast and efficient. Gurmeet was amazing, we needed our furniture right away and he was able to organize the delivery quickly.

The salesman was great, however when our new washer and dryer were delivered they just pushed them both Off The Truck And They Fell 3-4 Feet Onto The Street. My Wife Was Able To Wash 1 Load Of Laundry And Then It Quit Working Because The Latch Is All Loose And Floppy. Now We Have ALl Dirty Clothes And We Dont Know How Long It WilL Take To Get A New One

Bought a mattess. Supposed to be delivered Wednesday but to someone’s communication error I was forced to drive into the Calgary warehouse to pick it up myself. Already coming from out of town so it turned a 45 minute drive into almost a 2 hour drive one way. Very disappointed. Will not order from this location again.

Do your self a favour and Shop some where else

The brick in airdrie is the worst place to shop!!!. They are all nice when you first see them to purchase but the second something goes wrong, no help from no body .. The manager josh is terrible at his job doesnt care about you or what you have to say , I highly recommend shopping some where else even if it means paying a bit more for something better . The bricks quality is complete garbage and the construction is horrible!! you will almost always have problems

I'm not sure about the other brick stores but the airdrie one does not have good customer service we bought a mattress that was defective and even though we only had it for two days they told us we had to bring it in to get checked. They gave us a new one but it has only been three years ago since we got it the mattress is shot even though they told us it had a ten year warranty across the counter not happy at all

I bought a I Pod dock from the brick on dec 7 for a x-mas gift for my daughter after she used it for a couple of weeks the one speaker quit working so i tried to return it and was met with a arrogant manager that told me that i had 7 days to return it after i told him it was a x-mas gift his response was it's not on the receipt so there was nothing he could do. So he suggested that I call the company and deal with it your self it;s only been used for 2 weeks. Company's that love to take your money but won't stand behind what they sell people should not shop there That will be the last thing I ever buy from the brick.
