The staff were absolutely awesome. With something as small as fixing my punctured tire. They treated it as any job on its own. I would recommend this store to anyone I know.
Was in for an oil change. Told me it takes an hour to do. More like an hour and a half. They tried to upsell me on a hot oil change for an additional $40.00. Very rude to another customer, that was only checking in to see when his oil change would be completed.
Finally when my paper work was completed they told me that because I used a coupon, they “had” to put the non recommended oil in my car. They used mineral oil.
The inspection report was a joke. My brakes are fine and not at 1mm
Needed an out of province inspection done, the service was great, we got the car back within the same day and the prices were very competitive. Definitely recommend!
I had a great experience! They are friendly, reasonably priced, and took my car in with no appointment and treated me as a priority! They did a terrific job, and I couldnt have been happier!!! I would and will recommend them to anyone who wants great service at a great price!
Very bad experience, and not the least bit impressed! I took my car into get my drivers side tire removed, and buy a used one with better tread put on. When I got the car back they rotated the back rim to the front drivers side without my permission! Plus, I asked for a front end inspection and it was a complete joke! They didn't even tell me what needed to be replaced even though I told Frank over the phone, one of my tie rods was on the way out. The tie rods weren't even mentioned on the inspe
Frank was awesome. He's been there for 20 years and him and his staff take such good care of our vehicles. I was there last week and I was meaning to post a review. I've been going there for the past 10 years and the service and quality of work is great. Anytime I have an issue or a concern they handle it right away. It feels like a family there and they seem to care about every customer that walks in the door. I nice change from today's businesses
I've taken two cars there. They completely screwed up on replacing my fuel pump and the second vehicle I took there didn't even have a chance to be worked on because it got stolen out of their parking lot. Don't take your vehicle here.
Had to wait three hours for a five-to-ten minute job that consisted of taking my old busted tire off its rim and putting the new on one. They didn't even have to deal with the hassle of taking the tire off of my car and putting it back on, just the rim. Apparently it was too busy for them to have one guy step away for five minutes and change my tire. I'm fine waiting, but they could have at least informed us there was a queue. Instead, I ended up waiting an hour and forty-five minutes for nothing to happen before leaving frustrated. At least if I had known they weren't going to fix it right away I could have left and filled my time with something other than sitting around. Terribly and awfully poor service, take your business elsewhere if you can, somewhere that is actually punctual and engaged with its customers.
I grew up in Forest Lawn and then moved to the far north and I still come see these guys! I'm now in Douglas Dale and still won't go to anyone else! Frank and his team are phenomenal! The customer service is amazing and te quality of work is outstanding! They know me by first name and they treat me like an old friend! As long as its there I will be a loyal customer no matter which part of the city I'm in
Have you ever had one of those days that no matter what you did it just went wrong! Well, I finished work the other day only to rush home to pick my daughter for a music lesson. As I pulled away from the house the car felt funny in the steering,so I pulled into the Blaskin and Lane service centre in Forest Lawn to see if someone could check why,only to discover the passenger side tire was flat. The gentleman behind the counter come out to have a look and told me the tire was damaged and needed to be replaced and that it just after 5:00 p.m. and all his staff were about to go home. So he offered to put my spare on himself so that I could get my daughter to her lesson. WOW thats what I call a good experience. Once again I just wanted to say Thankyou!
