Terrible place. Only care about how much money they can suck out of your wallet. Can't admit when they are wrong. Thanks to our small vet clinic that figured out what was actually wrong with our dog. She didn't need the 15k surgery they wanted to subject her to.

Extremely poor at communicating with owners. My dogs issue was not properly investigated or discussed with me. Did not feel listened to but felt brushed off.

Dr Connery was exceptional. He helped our Powder pup for a difficult surgery. Thanks so much for all your help. You go the extra mile

I was so happy with the care provided by the techs and veterinarians! I knew my dog was in the best hands possible. I am so thankful for everything they did! However all of my interactions with their reception staff have been very unpleasent. I understand how busy they are as an emergency clinic but that is not an excuse to be so short and cold with clients. I've had 5 different interactions both on the phone and in person and every time I feel like I was simply another irritation in their day.

Expensive Money Grabbers

Had to come in from out of town not once, but twice. They said they had to retest my dog again and they weren't going to charge me for this visit so I thought it was fair. They gave me a 32ml liquid bottle of NSAIDS to try out and they weren't going to charge me for that either (once told by the nurse no charge for the medication, and the second time also told no by the front desk). When I decided against the $3700 MRI being done there they all of the sudden said I owed $100 for the medication.

Blanton lack of care and respect for patient and customer. They went against my wishes twice in my stay there and I had to pay for it. Also on another occasion kittens were looked at and deemed ok but in fact one had its organs growing outside its body. Again having to pay for the check up to have the kittens both die in a matter of hours, They refused a refuned the money so I was left depressed and 70.00$ less in my pocket. Please don't go here if you care about your animals.

The team at CARE Centre Animal Hospital were absolutely fantastic, kind, attentive and so accommodating even at 11.30 Sunday night. Elli couldn't have been in better hands than Dr. Brian. It was necessary to remove Elli's left eye and it already looks ten times better than we could have imagined. I am so grateful to each and every one of them. Kudos to Melanie who took my calls and was patient and gracious as she took care of everything.
