Unpleasant interaction with Hostess, had a reservation, she claimed they were booked and we’d have to sit in the empty lounge, claimed that we would have been notified!

Well what to say here I am a frequent diner at the willow park location and decided to finally try the flagship downtown What a total disappointment it turned into After we ordered our main course two tables of guests were seated and served,finished and paid for their meal before me and my wife’s arrived Medium fillet that was totally over cooked Server seemed totally preoccupied with a larger table of guests No refills of water for 40 minutes Never again will I ever go here

Caesar's is always a delicious experience, and the service is always excellent. It's an excellent place for business lunches, the staff are always friendly and take good care of you.

Terrible !

Never have I been so angry at such terrible service and food. My boyfriend and I chose this place to celebrate my 21 birthday. Our server did not seem to care about us. The food was very poor. Our salad was limp, I've had much better at fast food restaurants. The cheese and garlic bread is literaly buttered toast. My lobster tails tasted frozen. Our grand total, including tip, was a little over $200. Not worth the money at all. It was a very disappointing experience.Don't take you loved one here

Best Steak in town

The service is always great, i recommend the steak for you meat lovers!

My husband and I had been there before on a slow night and everything as fantastic. This time there were more people and so the service was a little slower. My filet mignon was not as tender as I would have hoped, even though they cut your meat as you order it. My lobster tail was delicious however, and the lobster scampi with lemon butter was to die for. My husband got a 15oz steak and loved it. They have a wide bar selection for any palate.
