Over several years, I attended CHDC, and was impressed with the level of service and care. The practice has since changed hands, and I feel the bar set by Dr Mallet has fallen. In my opinion, I could have received more attention and hands-on cleaning while in the chair, resulting in more value-for-money . I experienced confusion, and lack of communication about appointment scheduling, resulting in a missed appointment, and an appointment not being booked. I was given a quote on 4 necessary fillings, and have since been to another dentist who has located only one cavity. Thank you.
