    Parcel was delivered today earlier than expected, I just wish that the delivery personnel would ring the doorbell when they leave a package. Other than that 1 issue I have always received excellent service.

    On several occasions this company has called for directions on how to get to our business location to deliver a package and given clear instruction, just to have the package not delivered. The phone number is not in service and website was non existent when I tried to look for it to contact them through an email if nothing else. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
