    The first issue w...

    The first issue with this location was at the end of my first service, my key fob was returned broken, after pointing this out the service department attempted to shift the blame on to me, and refused to fix the key. Multiple in person and over the phone complaints were required to fix this simple issue, and made me wonder that if they struggled so much to take a simple key apart and properly put it back together, what kind of treatment were other more complicated parts were getting.
