    Shop Elsewhere! Don't waste your time and money!

    We purchased a sectional and paid 50% deposit and waited 6 weeks for delivery, today they delivered it and one middle chair was was wrong, the deliverer blamed sales person who doesn't work in the store anymore. Asked them leave the items that are ok and re-order the wrong chair and when you deliver the correct chair and install it then I pay the balance, they said no it is our PROTOCOL if you don't pay the balance NOW we can't leave them here, we have to take them BACK!!! They don't know and haven't been trained what Customer Service is. I don't blame the deliverers, they mentioned they lose their job if they leave the sofa, it's the store major problem. I asked who is in charge and we called warehouse, thought the warehouse manager can resolve the issue and take care of the customer...totally wrong, first thing I was asked again who was your salesperson!!! what the f.... I purchased it from the STORE not the person...I said you even don't know what Customer Service is..I'm Done with this poor service! take all the sectional and leave...won't do business with you anymore... Do NOT recommend at all....don't get trapped by this store and its management. I called the store and said I want to cancel the order completely, she said because salesperson is not work anymore in the store then she can't do anything for me and only owner can cancel your order!!!!...I'm still waiting for my money to be returned! Be Aware! don't get trapped! Shaun in previous review mentioned a good point, customer satisfaction no longer means anything to Jacques Home Furnishing after the sale is done.
