I spoke with him directly on the phone before going in & he quoted me $158 for cleaning.But when I went in he charged me $258.Also he said dont worry fluoride is included but instead he offered me water to rinse. When I reminded him him that he said it was included he said it will cost more. So on integrety & honesty with this guy. It felt like I was dealing with a vendor at a Chinese flee market with no professionalism.

Jen, the receptionist, was very friendly and patient in answering all my questions. Dr. Jay greeted me wearing a mask and rubber gloves, a requirement for medical personnel to prevent cross-contamination between doctors and patients. I appreciated his detailed explanation of his assessment and options. This man is wonderful. He is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Call Jen, his equally wonderful receptionist.

OMG…pinch me…….is this wonderful dentist, Dr. Jay, for real? I needed to find a new dentist with a dental staff that treated patients with respect. This is the best dentist around! He does great quality work and will only charge what ever your fee schedule charges. He is very thorough and explains what he needs to do. Obviously, I high recommend him! lol
