Been using them a...

Been using them as a walk-in clinic for a few years now great service staff and doctor's I primarily saw Dr. R Payne Literally no wait time every Saturday when there was it was less then five minutes I think the only reason they are so dead is because nobody can find them Only complaint I can say is I have come a few times and they have not been open or the doctor has left early cause it was so dead but that is completely my fault for not calling and checking. :P 5/5

Internal and pati...

Internal and patient communication is almost painful. I needed a requisition sent out to a specially clinic that I came in to give to my doctor. My doctor wasn't in so I ended up seeing another doctor there that was taking walk-ins.a month went by and I didn't hear anything back from either the speciality clinic or sarcee medical clinic. I called in to sarcee medical "my doctors office" requesting to know the progress of everything and they had no clue what I was talking about. They said they had no record of my requisition and that nothing had been sent off.. (Yet they took the original and thankfully I requested a copy for records..) I had to now give them the copy I took of the original requisition which they lost through fax.. Only for them to use that copy and now claim "oh yes here it is, we found it.." when it was the copy I sent them. It was then turned on me saying I should have followed up with my family doctor and it's "common" for doctors taking walk in patients to lose or "misplace" paper work that was meant for a family doctor. Now in terms of patien/doctor communication.. I have never felt so disregarded or unheard from a medical professional in my life. Information I would then try to ask again for clarification would be met to the exact words as the first time they said it. Then to only be talked over and told just to call the clinic she was giving me information about. When I just wanted to understand the information she told me earlier. Communication internally and from patient to professional is almost mind numbingly painful. If you want to feel heard and to get expected results from "professionals" don't use this clinic

Absolutely Excellent!

This doctor's clinic is absolutely superb. All the staff is incredibly friendly, and the walk-in doctors are amazing. They really take the time to understand your problem and they are able to do so in a timely fashion. Certainly, like with most walk-in clinics, expect a wait. However, the wait is so worth it. I always come here, and I really appreciate its personal service.
