    DO NOT DEAL!!! SENT PAYMENT TOWARD PART. WEEK AFTER DIDNT RECEIVED. TRIED TO GET REFUND. THEY ANSWERED ONCE,TOLD ITS POLICE AND HUNG OUT ON ME. NO ANSWER SINCE

    Customer ordered the wrong part and made the excuse of late delivery.customer even refused to take delivery though it was just late by 1 day.due to bad weather condition.I think that there is some misunderstanding about Police call.We cant reply that way

    Absolutely terrible customer service. I called and reserved a vehicle part, I confirmed that it was in stock and they needed me to pick it up before 6:30pm. I dropped my plans for the day and drove in from OUT OF TOWN for the part, when I arrived to I was told the part was not there. What a waste of time and disgraceful way to treat customers.

    bad experience

    The customer service was not good at all. I called for a part on thursday, and I was told it would be pulled that evening. I went in on Friday to pick it up, and the part was not pulled and I was told I would have to wait until Monday to get it.
