Talked to a technician (Daniel) on Tuesday to order a trumpet slide and received it two days later by mail. The technican I talked to is very patient with me and service is excellent.

Great service! My saxophone's key was fixed within few min by Nathaniel. I was very glad I did not have to leave it at the store. They have one more return customer. Nice and bright new location.

My son dropped Flute and joint part was bend. (so couldn't connect) One of guy said repair and maintenance usually takes 2 days. My son needed it next day. He said he will ask to manager ... waited 2,3 min, he came with already fixed one. And he didn't charge me anything. I said I will pay but he said manager said no charge! Customer service, great. Other instruments we have, always use here for their service and always they do right.

I went there with a used trumpet I bought for my daughter. It sounded line a piece of junk. The guys there spent 15 to 20 minutes moving things around on it until it sounded like a trumpet. And how much did I spend in their store? 4.15 on a thing of trumpet grease. They treated us so professionally and went well above and beyond to help us out. I have NEVER had such exceptional customer service anywhere!!!!! For all your music needs you'd be a fool to go anywhere but here!!!! They have a new lifelong customer now. Thank you soooo much guys!!!!!
