    I was extremely pleased with the excellent service Gregg provided. He took time to explain what he had to do, what the problem was and completed the job quickly. I am very impressed. I would recommend The Drain Doctor to anyone.

    The Drain Doctor ...

    The Drain Doctor is the Best, When I called they came that day, customer sevices was amazing, and their technician fixed our backed up drains so well that our pipes are draining better than ever!! Definately call them first!

    Worst service in Calgary

    Came to auger out my drain (roots growing in pipes) and did such a poor quality job that within 5 months the drain is backing up again. With other plumbing companies it has taken 2 years for enough roots to grow again to block the drain. 5 months with little usage - and they wont come back to re-auger - their guaranteed work is a whopping - 2 weeks!

    We received the phone call on this demanding that we come and auger her main sewer. We checked our records and we did not auger the main but augered the floor drain as that was the problem. When we tried to explain this she would not listen and hung up the phone. Secondly it would be impossible to warrenty a pipe with root penitration as the roots grow year round and even after augering the pipe there would still be small spiggots in the line that would be impossible to fully remove.
