Terrible service....

Terrible service. Poor attitude. We picked up a Sears parcel today and were ridiculously unhelpful. She sat behind the counter and refused to help us out take a large and heavy parcel out (or ask one of her other employees). Understand she might be having a bad day but you pay to provide customer service. Customer service fail.

Unfortunately I have just had a seriously unpleasant experience with this UPS store. I ordered some items through Sears Canada who made an error in my delivery request and had it delivered to this UPS store for pickup rather than my home address. The reason I wanted this item delivered to my home address is that it is very heavy and awkward to manage. When I got to the UPS store I was met with an incredibly unhelpful woman who essentially refused to help me in any way. I was merely asking for someone to hold the door open for me but this proved to be too difficult for her. When I asked if here was someone else in the store who could help, she rudely replied that her colleague was too busy.
