    Terrible, absolut...

    Terrible, absolutely terrible! My dog NEVER had the right cut, she was so stressed every time I took her. The owner was rude, gave me the impression that I was at fault for not knowing the rules - which were never told to me! Kept my dog kennelled for 8 hours while another one, with a possible infection, was allowed to roam free. I wish I could give no stars, horrible service!

    Wow, I have not had this complaint, if you are unhappy by all means give us a call, A dog on the floor with an infection, Not likely, we won't groom a dog with and infection it will be sent home, Rules there is no rules, if you wish your dog out for a specific time you need to inform us about this, We do senior dogs first, then cats, then continue on with the day.

    Thanks Girls

    Just wanted to take a moment to thank you for always taking such wonderful care of my dogs when I bring them in for grooming. My dogs are always happy to come to the shop and socialize with you all. It is such a sense of relief to know that I can leave my boys at Wags to Whiskers and never have to worry that anything is wrong or that my boys are being mistreated. The grooming is great and is a very good value, along with peace of mind. I have been taking my dogs to Wags to Whiskers for grooming for close to 14 years and would recommend this shop to all.     Good quality grooming.

    The dogs look great, they do what you ask them to do and the dogs are happy when they come home. I tried a few other places trying to get a place closer to home but nothing compared to the look of the dogs after a day at these groomers. They are great with some of the harder cuts and styles. I have Schnauzers and they are very tough cuts to get the look right but WAGS can do it.

    A LOVE LIKE NO OTHER.

    Wags to whiskers has performed miracles on my dog I've never had a better experience with the groomer that I have within this business. If you need any dog groom, especially a poodle. Then this is the place you need to take your dog. Shawna's commitment to bettering herself within her profession is proven each time you walk in and there is a new award displayed proudly on her walls. Professionals of this caliber do not come along every. There is not a business out there that has not had a staffing issue in the past, however this business has taken every step it can bring the utmost in customer service, To you the patron and your dog.

    Excellent Groomer

    I have been taking my dog into Wags to Whisher the past 3 years, the owner Shaunna is great and takes pride in her gromming as you can tell from all the awards she has recieved. At one point Shaunna had a lady working there who was rude and acted as the boss as she would say this to everyone. Shaunna finally dealt with this and let this lady go. Shaunna's customer service has been great and deals with the outmost love and care for our dog. Shaunna thank so much for keeping our dog so well groomed.

    DOG OWNERS BEWARE!!!!

    Owner and her staff are very rude. Dropped off my standard poodle to get groomed one morning, when I went to pick her up she was shaved her bald to the skin. She even shaved the tail and the ears!! Each and every groomer I have ever talked about this, say that there are no reason to ever shave the tail and ear they can be brushed out. And I know my dog wasn’t that matted. The owner was just lazy, which I’ve heard from her staff as well. To shave my dog bald for the summer, she charges me $100.00. And never even called me to tell me that she was shaving my dog and charging me $100.00 to do so. Biggest rip off ever! I would never ever recommend this place to anyone that wants to get the dog groomed!!!!

    Excellent Job

    We have been going to Wags to Whiskers for all three of our dogs for about 3 years now. They are awesome, the dogs really look forward to visiting the girls and they do an excellent Job. The price is very reasonable and much less than the pet stores. They are great when it comes to a dog grooming emergency. I like the fact that I can drop my dogs off on the way to work and pick them up after work, it is convenient and I know my dogs will be well taken care of for the day. Keep up the good work.
