    Zero!Inconsiderate people working here. Husband has a flight to catch at 12:15pm, his phone was water damage and need it for the weekend to contact wife and kids while away for work. We came to Southgate Apple store before opening hours. Mentioned to the lady at the door our situation but completely disregard our request. Told us to wait. We did. Tried again to ask another customer service to get a faster service with no action again. he left w/out any phone to contact family.

    We made an appoin...

    We made an appointment, and recieved confirmation from the Apple Store, to go in and speak to someone about our nonworking Apple Computer. No point in making an appointment, we waited another 3/4 of an hour to speak with someone. As bad as a Dr's office!

    Unsatisfactory service

    I went in and was looking to buy a new 27" IMAC on Aug 8/13. I could not get anyone to make eye contact with me or talk to me. After 15 minutes of standing there, and watching people just in from the mall get served first, I went to the back desk and asked what I had to do to get served. They took my name and asked me to stand by the computer I was interested in. After another 10 minutes, with no one willing to talk to me, I left the store. The next day, my wife and I bought all the items we wanted (IMAC, IPAD, apple TV, etc.) from a competitor where the service was better.
