I've only ever had positive experiences with both reception and their service techs over the last few years. Not sure why all the negative reviews.

I've only ever had positive experiences with both reception and their service techs over the last few years. Not sure why all the negative reviews.
It is not only due to the rude receptionist, it is the blatant disregard for doing the right thing that has caused a one-star review. Initially, they forgot to tell us about our part that came in a while ago, and we've had to fight an uphill battle to get things properly repaired. The only redeeming quality is the nice people who actually were fixing my dishwasher.
Rudest reception, service and parts employees! I can’t believe the attitude. 48 hours after visit and not only no parts ordered for our fridge yet (what family can function without a fridge?! They don’t care) but they added almost $500 to our bill with zero explanation. They just treat you like you’re the outrageous one. Don’t even waste your time - find another company. These guys are a JOKE
I tried numerous times to call them. I get a voicemail and it states that this number does not accept any messages. Doesn't this company want my business? There is also no email.
I have called this company numerous times. The ladies that dispatch the techs are extremely rude and impatient. It is too bad the owner doesn’t understand how rude they are.
How does this company survive? They are absolutely awful and I will never use them or attempt again as the receptionist is rude and the parts department is dysfunctional. If its not their computers going down or lack of staff (waited on line for 18 minutes) then as mentioned their staff is rude and feels like you owe them. Go anywhere else. Zero stars for service.
Completely and utterly incompetent. The rudest service as well as worst quality. Don't waste your money people, go somewhere more credible.
I had a service person come to my house. He walked in and said he couldn't do anything with my fridge and left. They then sent me a bill for 95 dollars for the privilege of having them come to my home. Avoid at all costs!!
I was recommended Aptco by a family member who is the business. My washer was broken and I needed it looked at. The repairman was nice enough and came when promised. He spent 10 minutes looking at my washer. He said the motor was gone and he needed to check on the availability of the motor. I asked for the bill and he said it would come later. They had no parts for my washer and the woman said I still would be charged a service charge. Imagine my shock when I received the bill in the mail for $85.00? While I certainly expected to pay for a service call, $85.00 is price gouging. They never informed me when I made the appointment that it would be that high. Not a good experience with this company!
