We are truly sorry that your total experience with us was not what it should have been. We admittedly dropped the ball early on in this situation and feel badly that you were not taken care of immediately and that you felt unsafe in your home. I am thankful that your problem has now been addressed and we will use this as a learning experience to better all we do from sales, to service, to customer care.
