Beachcomber Hot Tubs & Patio

We bought a beachcomber tub because they said they were the best and built for canadian winters. Since our first winter we had issues of parts breaking and having leaks that I had to fix when it's-30 out. When we reached out to beachcomber they sent out a guy to tell us we had a leak. Well thanks tips, pretty sure that's why you were called out. Nothing was ever done to resolve the issue. Now we are brushed off and told there tubs don't do this. PLEASE BEWARE OF BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.
