This is the WORST management company ever. I am in the process of transferring my mortgage to a different bank to get a cheaper rate. RBC asked for updated building insurance to close out the deal however after two months of trying to get the insurance with no luck. They sent me an old insurance policy that was outdated. The bank and myself expressed concerns that the building should be insured so there is no need to withhold the insurance as it is only to close out the deal. I asked Bella Mana

terrible, terrible. the people that work there are racist. If you are not asian you are treated badly. The owner is completely weird, she comes across as such a nice lady but she is NOT. The office staff talking nothing but smack about the owner. Which is terrible since they have all been friends for a lifetime.

I have to say some of the staff are really rude! Instead of solving your problems when they come up, they like kicking the ball to you,saying it is your own responsibility to fix the problems bla bla, which is not the truth. Be careful with this company.

DONT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY

Worst Rental Company in Edmonton. Rude, Mean and 4 year olds could run a better rental company. I have never once talked to somebody in this office that was in a good mood or friendly. There website looks like it hasn't been updated since the 90's and is awful.They are now advertising my unit with the wrong pictures on their website. I payed 825, they now want 1,100 a month for the unit plus electricity! (from ad on website). Unit is a tiny one bedroom in a basement on whyte ave.
