My experience with my doctor, Dr. Ibi, has been extremely positive. All the staff at the Callingwood Crossing Medical Clinic have been super friendly and caring.
Dr. McEvoy and staff are very professional and caring. I would wholeheartedly recommend this Doctor/ clinic.

Excellent staff and even better doctors! Attached to the beautiful Hemingway Medical Spa as well. Very modern and clean. Wait time was better then most as well which was a pleasant surprise ! Definitely recommend !!
Super friendly front of house staff! This place definitely looks amazing after their long on going renovations. Great doctors. I recommend this family clinic if you are looking for a clean friendly environment.
I needed my bipolar/Huntington's prescription refilled which I have had for over ten years. I had let it go because the last time, I sat in there for five hours. Even though I had an appointment and NO ONE was there, I still had to wait 45 minutes. When she finally came in, she did refill my medication but advised me that I had to see a mental health specialist to review my case. Nowadays, this is a very common diagnosis and I haven't had to see a specialist for my medication in 40 years.
Great doctors!! I have had my family going to this clinic for 24 years. My kids still go. The doctors are thorough, knowledgable and caring. My daughter has Type 1 Diabetes and the diabetic nurse, Larissa, is fantastic with her. The office is open 7 days a week and I can see a doctor the same day, even if I don't have an appointment. I recommend it to all my friends and family, especially when they are sick and have to wait weeks to see their own doctor. And they are taking new patients!! Highly recommended!!
Callingwood Crossing Medical Clinic has been in existence for over 25 years. We have many patients that have been coming here for all those years. I personally have my family doctor here, Dr. Ken Romano, for 24 years and my kids grew up with the wonderful care here. They are in their mid-twenties and still come here on their own. The clinic is newly renovated and so busy that it is expanding. New doctors will be joining soon too, including Dr. Bernadette McEvoy this spring.
Dr. Maria Pariy does not follow up as she promises. She did not fill my prescriptions when she was faxed by my pharmacy on her request. She is very scattered and forgetful. It takes forever to get an appointment with her because she over-books. The clinic is in a creepy place because men are always hanging around outside the clinic, accosting people for money. I would not recommend this clinic!
I was very hopeful when Dr. Maria Pariy was recommended to me because my family doctor had cut his hours drastically.My first visit with her was very reassuring.She was going to act immediately on a health problem found on a recent CT scan.She did nothing.I followed up.Again, nothing.I asked for a renewal of my prescriptions.The drug store faxed the list to her as she requested.She did nothing.Stay away.It is also a sketchy location.There are always creeps asking for money outside the clinic.
I don't usually write reviews like this, but given the other terrible reviews I felt like I had to give my, more positive side of the story. This is a very busy Medical Clinic and pharmacy, yes. However! The staff are always very friendly, and very respectful. Often there are long wait times to see a doctor if you do not have an appointment, and I imagine the staff are often very stressed. But they are NEVER disrespectful, and they always do their best to get people through the lineup.
You can never get ahold of anyone to make an appointment. Wait time isn't bad, doctors are good. Staff can be terrible though.
I had to give one star rating because there is no rating below I can give!! Let me see where to start.....rude staff, waiting time some time worst then medicenter( this is supposed to be a privatel run ), no respect whatsover for patients. Sign posted everywhere against zero tollerance policy against staff but what about patients being treated with no respect? No body seems to care about patients just get as many peeople so that can get more money from Alberta Health. Nothing against Doctos but they are the ones running this center. We need to get more reviews for people so that they know the reality and we can send message across. I will be sending an email to Alberta Health to see if there is any audit mechanism in place.
