feel bad having to do a review

I have been going to this cleaner for as long as I can remember (10 years). It seemed like a great cleaners run by a down to earth great guy (even remembers you name). Just took in some clothes and one pair of pants was damaged with a huge rip/hole on the front of the slacks. The owner says there is no way it was him and that I must have been wearing them with the huge hole. I told him that they were perfectly fine the day before when I wore them. He told me he does not care if I never come back and if people I know never come back (been going for 10 years, taking suits in all the time). Never got mad, but he just did not care and just went into the back. Was recommending them to everyone, but now I cannot believe I am highly recommending the 30 second drive in any direction to a different cleaner as maybe they will care. Extremely disappointed in the loss of 10 years of customer loyalty

Steve runs his business in a professional manner but is friendly and builds rapport with his customers in a way that keeps me coming back. His hours are convenient, the prices are reasonable, and the services he provides are unmatched in quality. I highly recommend!!
