Cliffs Towing

I called Cliffs Towing after my car broke down. Before the tow truck arrived, I found out that I could restart the car. However, I decided to wait for the tow truck in case the car broke down again. When the tow truck arrived, I explained the situation and the truck driver, Naveed, said that he would follow behind me as I drove my car to the garage. After I got to the garage, Naveed talked to his dispatcher and they decided that since they did not touch my vehicle, there would be no charge!

Worst service ever. Rude employees and drivers do not understand how all wheel drive vehicles need to be towed. Horrible.

Was stuck in the middle of the nowhere! Thank's to the Cliff's Towing team for taking my car to the nearest garage.

Worst ever! Was provided a quote. Pricing informed was off and charged me an extra hr over what it actually took. Driver was extremely rude and even confrontational. Never again!

Lorraine was the dispatcher and Dan unit 44 the driver they really helped me out Dan was a complete professional I asked thinking it wasn't going to happen a specific location to put my 5 ton truck in the city and he did it I was also shocked at the time it took in a good way very impressed second time using you guys for sure always going to recommend you guys to my trucking friends. thanks Jeff Mickle remtrucking.ca

No customer service

Terrible people to deal with. Waited 20 hours for pick up of vehicle.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I have used this company for over 15 years, it was once owned by respected business owners, family owned and operated. It no longer operates the same way. I am saddened by the lack of customer service this company now offers. My last couple calls to this company consisted of a 2 different girls who works nights there phone manners were beyond poor and one did not sound like they knew much about towing, If i recall Roben and the other Joleen. Too make matters worse they were extremely rude and treated me as if i was bothering them, arguing with me the customer and telling us to call someone else is what i was told by the one yet the other one just kept getting mouthy. I do not know how to explain the drivers they send me, its all around horrible service from the time you dial the number till you sign the bill. I manage a medium sized business here in edmonton anything from a 3/4 ton to a tractor with a picker our fleet runs between 45-60 different units not including the equipment we have moved on the average of every other day. I cannot believe what has become of this company. I will be taking my entire account somewhere else. I do not suggest you call Cliff's it is no longer a reputable company.
