Rude receptionist. I was there to do routine blood test and required fasting. 5th one in the door and they still didn't get to me within 25mins. Then had to run out for 8 minutes to drop off daughter at school. Apparently no sympathy and instead received a lecture for that and now I'm back of the line for another hour.
