Rude & charged me extra without informing me
They charged me extra without informing me! What should have been a cut and highlight for 160 dollars became a 245$. Without telling me they gave me a full instead of partial foils and charged me a160$ just for the colour. Their hairdresser did not inform me of this yet I still have to pay! I have a short pixie cut they barley have to use any product on my hair yet they claimed that they had to increase the amount of product and they charged me additional 25$ for the toner because the colour was not right. 56$ cut 160$ highlights 25$ toner Total 241$ All without informing me! Afterwards the receptionist was rude saying that my hairdresser SHOULD have informed me so I have to pay. Their mistake yet I have to pay. I am a student there is no way I can afford this so I won't go back.
