    When my fiance & ...

    When my fiance & I started looking at rings, my mind changed so much from what I thought I wanted, to what we ended up buying. Looking at rings was a stressful process, as I didn't want anything traditional. Upon going to King's, I received great customer service. They had a beautiful black diamond ring I fell in love with, & eventually said yes to. Only complaint was each person we talked to (as we viewed the ring often) gave us different quotes on the ring. But, I'm very happy & LOVE my ring!

    The worst!

    We bought a watch and they didn't ring us through properly. The manager called us and asked us to go back and pay again. When we come back, the old lady yelled at me, saying that, as customers, we should always check our receipt and make sure things were right. There was nothing she could do in this situation. This is ridiculous, unacceptable, and extremely rude! They have the worst management and worst customer service there!!! Don't ever step in their store!

    Great prices/Knowledgable Staff

    I have been shopping at this store for several years and have always received excellent customer service. This is an independent jewellery store so I find the staff have a broader scope of knowledge. The selection has everyday pieces but also offers unique jewellery that you don't find elsewhere. The prices are great and after several months of engagement ring shopping chose to buy here due to price/selection/ and service.

    BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

    I purchased something from them a few months ago and rec'd the worst customer service... they dont take the time to explain anything to you and you are rushed to purchase. Its all about quantity and not quality with these people. I went back after a few weeks with a problem and they treated me so badly so unless you are walking in with ur credit card and ready to buy, they dont want you there.

    WORST service ever

    I had a gift certificate from the store and went to the store to make a selection. Once i entered the store I was ignored for 10 min, then when I approached the counter to ASK for help the associate was very unwilling, and rushed me to make a decision and there was no one in the store at the time. Later one sales associate told me there could be 15% discount, then later another associate told me there aren't any. I just bought something for the sake of never having to return to that store. It was the WORST purchasing experience I EVER HAD. No one have to pay to have poor service.
