    Extremely unprofessional, unethical staff, they do not provide the fraction of the services what they charge the condo owners for; absolutely no respect and interest, motivation and genuine effort to solve any problems for condo owners; whenever problem exists, responsible individuals in this company do not deal with the problem(s), instead what a paradox they let the other-owners find the solution

    Horrible property...

    Horrible property management! Charged me to paint my unit when it wasn't painted in the first place when I moved out. I would not recommend renting from this business.

    This is a condo m...

    This is a condo management company that prides itself on Band-Aid solutions and empty promises that never produce positive results. They make promises, repeatedly, to the individual condo owners but it is all lip service because they do not remotely deliver true value results nor do they ever complete their promises. Lot of false promises. LOTS.

    Terrible terrible...

    Terrible terrible management company for any condo owners. Run the other way!!!! Not worth the headaches this company gives you over everything. They like to run their condo sites into the ground before they will give you any remotely decent results.

    HORRIBLE customer...

    HORRIBLE customer service. Takes days and weeks to get back to you about questions and information that is important to paying owners! Staff/receptionist sounds unhappy answering questions that you have. Nancy the Manager NEVER called me back even after calling 3 different times and leaving her 3 different messages. She got the resident manager to call me back, when clearly I wanted to speak to her directly.
