If you lock your key in your vehicle don’t phone lock surgeon!! They will charge you way too much. Grandin towing did it for 1/2 the price. I was literally 1 block away from lock surgeon and they still charged double what other places will. Stay away from this company!!

I called them about unaddressed mail, and they told me to deal with Canada Post. I asked her if she has ever contacted Canada Post, she said go to the depot. Then she said ‘sorry’ nothing they can do about it! The first time it was a $37 padlock that can be rekeyed., and the seller said it was free. I went back with the key to match, the manager guy said, there’s a charge. I couldn’t believe it. Who doesn’t stand behind their offers. Avoid this company.

We had a break in with our store and since Lock Surgeon was right next door, we were still charged with ‘road charges’ plus service call, which was over $200. Parts they used were so high and expensive it was shocking. Tried to call and talk to the manager, but nobody returned the phone and whoever I talked was so rude and non professional and just said ‘that’s our prices ‘ and nothing could be done. I’ll never recommend this business and whoever uses them to really ask about prices first.

called to get a price to change the locks on our office door, including 6 keys. was told it was $145. then when he is finished changing the locks he actually charged $270 plus gst. Said the $145 was just the service call. which was not told when I asked about the costs. how do you charge double the quoted price.. with a straight face.. talk about bait and switch..
