Incorrectly rekeyed locks & refused to fix or give refund
They rekeyed 2 locks & provided 2 sets of keys, but both keys open 1 lock & no keys open the other, & we don't know the "bitting" code to make keys. Owner wrote "contact your new locksmith to do a complete new rekey due to my blonde employee may have created a cross bitting. Thank you, Norma." When I requested refund, she replied "I will not refund the rekey/master charges because this was conducted correctly." Staff and owner have been unprofessional and rude. Have dealt with them for 10 years.
