    Ryan and his team...

    Ryan and his team are very effective, professional and knowledgeable! They take the stress out of "out of control" situations with bad tenants!

    I first spoke to Ryan On Friday afternoon, Feb 1st in regards to serving a protection order to a certain individual. We set a meeting to get together in the afternoon of the next day, being Saturday. I then supplied Ryan with pictures of this individual, the address where he was staying, a description of his vehicle and the Court Documents. That same afternoon Ryan made his first attempt to serve this individual. As luck would have it, Ryan was successful on that first attempt. The complete process, from first speaking to Ryan to having the documents legally served, took less than 2 days. I’m not saying everything always falls in place as well as my situation did, but if you hire a good company, you’ll obtain good results. The following Monday Ryan had the Affidavit filed with the Court, and within a few days I received official notice of the Court Procedures through the mail. As you can see, Ryan does not shy away from working on a Saturday or Sunday, whatever it takes to get the job done. Ryan is incredibly efficient, thorough and very reasonable in the expertise he provides. Thank you Ryan for a job well done. A Very, Very Happy Customer Edmonton, Alberta

    BEST/CHEAPEST soulution to problem with landlord !

    If you have any kind of problem with your landlord and things seem hopeless, frustrated beyond belief, and your rights are being violated.. Give them a call pronto !! I had a severely infested apartment ( bed bugs ), they destroyed my furniture, made me do a ton of work (5 treatments) and waste a ton of money, then tried to charge me a $1000.00 break lease fee and keep my damage deposit. I was so stressed out, mostly cause of the bugs and my furniture was all brand new. I called Ryan and the same day his wife was having there second kid, he took my case :) he got me out of the lease and the break lease fee, got me $1100 back for some furniture and i get my damage deposit back !! This guy is amazing, he seems to good to be true for the price but hes just a good guy who knows what hes doing.
