STAMCO Specialty Tool & Mfg. Co. Ltd. was founded in Edmonton in 1949. Proudly locally owned and operated, STAMCO began operations servicing the local printing industry. As the oil, gas and industry sectors began immense growth throughout Alberta, the 1960's brought diversification to STAMCO. This enabled STAMCO to serve a wider variety of industries while specializing in die making and short production runs of various components. In 1979, a change of management brought new energy, focus and the vision to serve not simply Alberta but Canada's growing industries.
