    Understaffed but still superb

    I came in as I do every month for my secret "touch-up" kit, I came in to a BUSY store, with a line-up and only TWO staff on. The manager there was helping a customer in the hair color aisle, with a line-up waiting for her advice, and the girl on the till working TWO tills as to keep the line-up happy. There has been quite a few changes in the last year, and to be honest I was thinking of trying out the other locations, but the help you get, the sincere smiles are worth it. Understaffed, the new manager (I always forget her name) has helped me out alot with her honesty on color to electricals, the other staff do their very best to help me. I can see they are busy. And some days understaffed but I go back for the great service and honesty they provide! Great job girls at Sally in Mayfield!

    Awful service

    Upon my arrival I was excited to purchase a new straightner. I spent some time picking one out and waited at the till to make my purchase. I waited about 2 minutes then asked if the girl would process my transaction. She said there was no one there and she'd be a few. So i patiently looked around for another 5 minutes!! She approached the till when another person asked a question but the lady said help this girl first. She sneered and proceeded to walk away. I just walked out after this and I wouldnt waste my time going here again.
