We found out the roof of our house was leaking due to improper installation. We reached out to our builder and were told, by our builder, that this company installed our roof. We called them and they took all our information and said they would call back right away and fix it. They never called back and stopped answering any calls. After I submitted reviews of the company online, they called and left a message saying that if we did not stop calling/remove reviews, their would involve lawyers
