    very difficult to get a straight answer from anyone , but very willing to take your money for a service appointment. The actual service person was great but I have not heard from anyone since , appliances not repaired no calls no parts ordered website difficult to navigate

    Buyer beware - 7 wks and washer is still broke

    Bowmanville, Ontario. Washing machine stopped working with a full load of clothes inside on December 20, 2013. On December 20, 2013 I placed a call to Brick Service partner Transglobal Service and they provided me with a Work order number and the customer service rep stated they would have a tech on site Dec. 23, 2013. Tech arrived on site January 9, 2014. January 9, 2014: The washing machine technician requested circuit board and front door parts from Transglobal Service and the parts should be on-site within 7 days. January 16, 2014 - called Transglobal Service requesting status of my washing machine parts. I was told by the Customer Service Rep (CSR) that the parts cost too much money and had to be approved by senior management. I told the CSR I was promised the parts to be delivered by January 16th and why was I not notified of the delay. January 20, 2014- called Transglobal service again, since they had not called me back. Informed the parts should arrive by January 29, 2014. January 22, 2014 - parts are in. January 25, 2014 - Tech arrived to my home . Tech discovered that Transglobal service has sent him the wrong circuit board and he requested the proper circuit board from Transglobal service. I also called Transglobal service spoke with CSR to inform them that they had sent the wrong circuit board. I told CSR again that the washing machine is utilized by a lady with three daughters and that they desperately need a washing machine. January 28, 2014- called Transglobal service asking when the parts will arrive, they did not have an update on when parts will be available. January 30, 2014- spoke with CSR and he informed parts will arrive on February 7, 2014. February 7, 2014- spoke with CSR told me parts will be in by the end of today. February 8 , 2014 - called Transglobal CSR stated they are not sure when the parts will be in.

    too bad

    They have been dealing with my fridge under warranty for over 3 months. It takes too long, and nothing have been fixed, yet. Technicians came to my unit 3 times. They could not fix it. The last technician said their supervisor will get in touch with me to come check my fridge, and I waited for their call for 2 weeks. They did not call me anyway. They always said they will call me, but they have never called me to reschedule and solve the problems. I am the one who called and waited for talking to their customer service on the phone. So irresponsible and poor service.

    LG Front Load Washer

    (Montreal-Hull-Ottawa) Went out of their way to squeeze me in even though they were booked solid for a week. Excellent communication with main office. Tech showed up at 7:15 a.m., took care of everything. Washer fixed within 24 hours. Thank you!!

    Refrigerators Problem = 0 Service with TransGlobal

    TransGlobal Service do not take care of their customer. Our 2 year old Refrigerators stop working. 11 days after dealing with transGlobal Service..... Nothing Happend !!!! Result we Lost 750 $ of groceries... Mess up the Halloween Party !!! And they only refund 200 $ Avoid this company at all cost !!!!
