    Beware Bad Information!

    We had a list of 3 strollers we liked, and wanted to explore car seat options for these 3 strollers. Saleswoman told us about a car seat that would work with all 3 (adaptors sold separately). Bought the car seat. Later found out one of the strollers DOESN'T work with the car seat (phone call to the stroller company). Emailed the company to see what they would do about their bad info. 3 weeks - no answer. Want misinformation and no accountability for mistakes? Shop at West Coast Kids.

    I bought a water ...

    I bought a water bottle there, and the sip open is not in the centre so my baby has to twist her neck to drink or hold it one handle up and another down, and it can not adjust as some other bottles. They told me that is the design and refuse to return. What kind of design that makes your baby hold a bottle unbalanced? That is a defect. And all my friends told me that they do not like to return things.

    Check out the cus...

    Check out the customer service complaints for this place before you purchase anything at West Coast Kids. I spent a ridiculous amount of money at this store. They made a mistake and refused to own up to it. I sent photos as evidence and complained on social media. They finally got back to me with a resolution that was beyond insulting. Spend your money where it will be appreciated, don't spend it here.

    Do not shop here.

    Bad place to buy. DO NOT ever shop here. Will not return items bought for you from a registry. Have some weak excuse of a 14,30 day policy. Who actually receives their gifts that fast. Manager was insincere and did not care, just quoted policy. Bad place to SHOP. Go somewhere where they care and are not just after your money.
