    We were home home when they "attempted' delivery. Guess they don't know how to operate a doorbell. Our three dogs would have also let us know someone was at the door. The driver left a note saying we could pick up our package on the 30th of April. Which is a Saturday, when they are closed! They say you only have 5 days to pick up your parcel. Less the weekend, that is three days. They work really hard to maintain their one star rating rating.

    The worst delivery company in canada! I live in an apartment building and they didnt call like other companies and the excuse was they dont give drivers company phones because its illegal to talk on the phone and drive!! Last time I checked delivery drivers have to park their cars to deliver packages. Worst ever !!! Would give no stars if I could!

    They give you 5 days to pick up your package, and close at 6?! Who bright idea was that?! Your in Fort McMurray most people don’t finish work until 7-8 in the night!!!!!! And work for 7-14 days!

    They do not even try to deliver it (I leave in a condo). I tracked my package online and it was sitting at their location for 3 days when I finaly got a call to GO AND PICK IT UP MYSELF!! No attempt on delivery (my wife is home at all time). And I had the same experience 3 times in a year. I don't understand how do these people still have a business, I will try to avoid them at all cost

    They don't knock and just leave a slip on your door, and the depo has the worst hours if you have a job at all it's impossible to pick up, way out of my way, often packages are lost and sent back and I'm not even contacted, no idea how they are open other than this is a massive chain

    Sometimes they just don't even try to deliver my packages... not even a call to let me know it's available. I've had 3 packages sent back now. If I have the option I'll choose another carrier 100% of the time.

    I just spoke with the lady customer service of Purolator Fort McMurray... their driver had left a package at my door entrance but the package says another house number.... she can not send the driver back to pick up and deliver to the right address.... so, I said the only thing could be me delivering the package (I was sarcastic) But right away she said thank you to me ? I confirm now they had delivered my packages I wait patiently to the wrong address. Welcome to Fort McMurray they say

    Half of my orders...

    Half of my orders are always sent back. They don't even let me know a package is available for pick up. No slip is left letting me know, worse service I've ever had. I can't even shop online because half of my purchases are being sent back!!

    Doesn't knock whe...

    Doesn't knock when delivering, just sticks card on door. Location of depot on the other side of town and not open on weekends.

    Terrible Hours & Service

    The depot itself is terrible however the driver delivery people on the road that visit and do the residential deliveries are FANTASTIC. Lots of packages at the depot have been misplaced, or are delayed for no reason. Their hours do not really jive for the folk living in Fort McMurray.

    Absolutely disgusting.

    Fort McMurray Purolator has the worst service I've ever encountered in my life. They do not attempt to deliver our packages. They don't even bother coming to our home. Instead, they leave us voice mail asking us to travel to the outskirts of town to pick up our package. I do not drive, and there is no bus route that travels past their building. Every time a package arrives for me, I am forced to spend more than $40 in cab fare just to pick it up. They also seem to have a problem answering their phone. Every time I call, they let the phone ring. I have called them more than 50 times in the time I've lived in Fort McMurray, and they have NEVER answered. If I am ordering things online, I avoid using Purolator like the plague. Most times, if a company ships with Purolator, I will not give them my business. It is just too much to deal with.
