Q Nails

Donna and Tina are Great.. but that gurl karen1000 comment is a lie.. she just a stuck up hating.. I’m a male and I go get my pedi and mani and never had a problem or issue with the ladies been goin for 3yrs now....nails are pricey But it’s Fort mc .. everything Service or food is pricey..

I've been going to Q nails in peter pond mall for 3 years in arrow and had nothing but amazing service. Tina is the BEST when it comes to quality, customer service, very friendly. Matter of fact I'm heading down there tonight to see her once again lol.

I have never posted a review before but my service here has been so terrible that I feel compelled. I turned up at 11:40 for a basic mani and pedi ... It is now 1:17 and they just finished ... This is winter and they don't have a drier which means I would have to stay another 30 minutes. The lady who did my nails was rude and rough and didn't smile the entire time. She refused to listen to me when I said not to cut my cuticles and the manicure was messy. She didn't clean my nails either. I ended up with paint all over my toes which they grumbled to remove. Finally they left me in the seat saying they were too busy to help me any further. This is so unbelievably terrible!!! I wasn't going to pay ... But that is not me ... So I'm walking out with nails all scratched up and big boots on my wet nails. I asked to talk to the manager and they refused to call them. So I had to put $95 dollars and it is all ruined. Sorry if you love this place ... But I won't be back.
