Always an excellent experience at FYidoctors. I've been seeing Dr. Bayer for years who has taken great care of my eyes and made sure my serious condition was diagnosed and dealt with. Greta has been fantastic to deal with for helping pick out new glasses on several occasions. Top notch facility in Grande Prairie. Thanks for the consistent service!

Booking is a joke. First they do not answer their phones, and refer you to a website. THEN they call you the next day and say that it’s unavailable; because they need to get someone with an “expired” prescription in first. They mentioned how I’m not due till May/19 when I am trying to book for April/19. Sorry, didn’t realize a month made that much difference. Will be looking for another optometrist.
