Beautifully renov...

Beautifully renovated salon & spa. Stylists are always attending courses to maintain an up to date knowledge on current trends. Reasonable prices and AMAZING quality services. I love Head Hunters!

Decided to change...

Decided to change up my look and booked in for a color. I had 3 different hairdressers look at my hair to figure out what would be right for me. I love my hair and was so pleased with my service I made sure to book my husband in for a haircut. He was equally pleased, and we will definitely be going back.

Disappointed in t...

Disappointed in this salon. Been going there for years but they have officially lost my business. Quoted my 15 year old daughter $80-$110 for highlights (she pays for her own highlights). Charged her $163 (before gratuity). When I phoned to ask for an explanation they said she was charged for the senior stylist rate plus an extra colour fee. To my knowledge they were touching up her roots as she just had highlights done recently!? Not to mention they got rid of their cut and colour discount cards. I know they are more expensive than some and the stylist she goes to is a quality stylist, but to go almost double on the quote seems way out of line!! She loved the highlights her friend just got done at Green Apple in Red Deer for $80, totally worth the drive unless someone can recommended a straight up salon in Lacombe.

I'm very sorry for your experience at salon. We are always trying our best and we will definitely look into this situation. I agree that that price was too much for a young client and that it' more than what you usually pay. I also want to urge clients to phone and talk to us if situations like this occur. We are always willing to respond by admitting our mistakes and making it better. We got rid of our discount cards because products and education prices went up and we found it caused confusion among s stylists/clients for many reasons. We run specials and offer more by using only Kevin Murphy products as back bar, top color Matrix and always include a treatment worth $15 in our services. Again I'm very sorry for this experience and wish I could make it better by knowing this.

'New school' in historical Lacombe!

Cutting edge products and staff that REALLY know what they're doing! Professional and friendly place with amazing decor that is nothing like the "run of the mill" salon. Affordable services that still make you feel like a million bucks!

Fantastic!

Natalie works magic everytime! The hairdressers are soo creative! I love it that they sell Dermalogica. Facials are such a treat!!! Nice decor.
