Went to Dr. K after a few years of neglecting my teeth, and I was very pleased with my initial visit. He was able to fix my broken tooth and have my teeth cleaned with very little anxiety on my part. Very friendly and caring. Felt very comfortable there and I will definitely be going back!!!
Highly recommended for children. :) my son was was afraid coming in. But, they have taken the time to make him comfortable. He is no longer afraid of the dentist.
Would have given 5 out of 5 because the dentist and the assistants have given excellent service and very professional except for one lady at the reception who seems to be looking down on me and very indiscreetly asked the assistant if I have to pay with a condescending tone and look. I was surprised since I was there to have an adjustment on the new flipper denture. I felt like I was being discriminated because I am perceived as "poor." All my dental work was covered by my benefit.
Excellent excellent excellent. Could not have been happier with the service we received this morning! Took my daughter (13) and my son (3) and all three of us received the same level of respect. They were all very welcoming and took the time to explain things to my 3 year and never once seemed rushed. Will be taking my other daughter and myself on Friday and as a nervous patient, I have to say that being there today has helped relieve some of that stress for me! We saw Dr Appalraju today :)
I needed a tooth pulled today. I liked the very friendly people welcoming me at the front. The dentist was comforting and helped me through my appointment. I had many questions which she answered with great knowledge. The facility was clean with wonderful décor. I did not wait at all for my appointment. I will go back there again whenever I may need a cleaning or work dome again in the future. Miss Yaisha Love
I broke 2 teeth on my tongue stud :'( Concept Dental were able to quickly bring me in, access the situation and alleviate the anxiety I have with their options to make the visit more comfortable for me. This is by far the best dentist office I have had the displeasure of visiting. On top of a clean, welcoming environment, the staff are courteous, professional, understanding and supportive of my anxieties. This will definitely be my families dentist from here on out ***** Highly recommend!
I am once again giving Concept Dental a 5 Star rating. While having a new patient appointment it was recommended I have a small filling replaced as there was crack in it and if damaged would likely crack in half. I'm a big believer in the "ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure". The replacement of the filling went VERY smoothly. In project management speak, it was an "on time, in scope, within budget" experience. My high expectations were met: Thus 5 stars ***** for a great job!
I have bee a patient for a long time and always had excellent service. I have referred several of my friends and family and think this is the best dental practice in Red Deer. I have had some major dental work completed which included two implants, several extractions and six root canals.Everyone in this practice is kind and considerate from the front receptionist who always says your name and remembers you even if you haven't been in for a year, to the assistants to Dr. A himself.
We left Dr. A's office and my kids said, "I love the dentist!" What?! They are 2 and 4! Imagine a 2 year old sitting in a dental chair and getting a polish, floss, and check all with a smile on his face. Melissa was charming and charismatic with my son and got him interested by squirting the water and blowing air. My 4 year old girl felt so comfortable and confident that she was able to go to a cubicle ALL BY HERSELF to get her polish, floss and check. Amazing! And this was only their 2nd visit
I have been to several dentists over the last 7 years moving to alberta and i was so impressed by concept dental. They were very kind and the first place to give me their time and not just think about the bottom dollar. I have a son who has been through a lot dental wise and i am very confident about returning there. Thank you for showing us that there are dentists that still care.
Concept dental by far is one of the best dental offices ive been to. The staff are awesome caring and considerate.i felt completely at ease while getting dental work done at concept. The online booking and email reminders made things easy.

Dr. Appalraju has been my dentist for more than 10 years now. I've had everything from crowns to extractions to even 4 custom fit mouth guards. (because I grind quite a bit) I tried seeing another dentist only because of the convenience but made my way back to Dr. A. Staff are all exceptionally friendly and really make you feel at ease. Dr. A continues to innovate himself with the newest technology including and which I really liked very much - Sedation Dentistry. He is a young professional that is more like a friend when you sit in his dental chair, which in my mind is the most comforting. I recommend Dr. Appalraju and the rest of his staff to anyone that is slightly uncomfortable in visiting a dentist. I know you'll be in good hands. Good luck!
