Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Willing to deliver a rental to Rocky Mountain house to the shop where my vehicle was but not to my house in sylvan, which is 45 min closer. This place is a joke. Apparently they only deliver to body shops 🤦‍♀️. Will definitely be calling somewhere else that isn't run by idiots

The WORSE racist and unprofessional agency ever! 1 star is too much for them.IF you have accent you might be treated worse than a dog!They made me A big damage for my business!I had planes that ruined! They decided to make me difficulties and didn't give me service..they didn't find my details (i just return them before 2 days a car that was rented there for 4 months...)not under my name.then they said maybe under my country? then they decided to make new rules regarding to my driving licence!

they were friendly, accomodating, and went way beyond what was required to ensure that i had a good experience. They called to inform me when my insurance rental coverage reached its maximum and the manager called to thank me for using their service the day after i rented the car. they answered all of my questions and there were no hidden charges or surprises along the way. i would come back to this rental service any time. they were amazing. i recomend them to anyone!
