Jason who's according to him he is the manager in KFC South Hill who's taking my order over the phone is I would say SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO RUDE. He should not answering the phone if he does not know the phone courtesy. Very very poor service. He does not belong there. He's destroying the reputation of KFC.
