Bought 2 trucks from here almost walked out on second one really wish I did. Whether it’s trying to talk to the useless front desk lady on the phone or the absolutely terrible customer service I’ve gotten on many seperate occasions. I wouldn’t send anyone to this dealership they obviously don’t need to sell vehicles with the way they treat people.

Whomever the service lady is there for some reson cant do anything was very rude and abrupt my customer who was dealing with them needed me to phone and give them information they should have gotten themselves i was not spoken to politly the person was very rude and condescending and couldent do anything in their own i will never phone again or take my vehicle to this this place nor would i sugest buying one from here the service is not worth any sort of deal they could give you

Hands down the best Ford dealership in central Alberta. Took my truck in for a service and check over plus a warranty check for a door speaker, There was a minor miscommunication with the advisor at first but Homer the service manager personally took charge of making sure any and all issues were taken care of and fixed properly. Highly recommend this dealership. Will definitely buy my next vehicle at MGM FORD.

The vehical I wanted was sold before I arrived after they told me it was still there then It seemed like they didn’t want to sell me what I wanted and tried to sell me something 25k more expensive, I walked out after 3 hours of waiting
