    Worst!! Worst !! They are making money by cheating people ,never return your damage deposit, even after cleaning it sparkling clean.Not professional at all. No one should ever go to them, it will be a big mistake.

    We rented a house from them and cleaned and fix it up. Before moving in we paid to have it cleaned, my husband also cleaned the garage and yard before moving in because it was in very poor condition. We also steam cleaned the carpets twice while living there and washed the outside of the house. We paid $300 to have it professionally cleaned again when we moved out. They are keeping money from our damage deposit saying that the place wasn’t clean, when it was and it’s in even better condition.

    Does not even deserve a rating. Worst company ever, they just wants to take your money, and makes excuses all the time. They have the worst customer service, and they do not know how to work. They look unprofessional and with no experience. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!

    Not surprised to see this many negative reviews. Im bblown away by how little work red key is willing to do, they will fill you full of promises but you have to nag them to get any answer. They are the least organized company Ive eever dealt with, they still dont hhave our email addresses despite us writing in complaints using them, having them on our lease, and telling them their mistake. Save yourself the stress and live on the street before you consider one of their properties.

    Red Key is extremely unprofessional. They want you to sign their lease asap and yet when you move in everything is not ready (ie they don’t have keys ready, missing information about the property they advertised). You will phone/text them about your concern(s) and they will purposely not reply to majority of your messages or calls, always goes to voicemail. They will always give the excuse that their agent is busy. Overall, I will say that this company is unfitting, incompetent and amateur.

    As soon as my lease is up, I’m leaving there. Very poor customer service. Say they get back to you and never do. Then when you call to find out what’s happening their very rude. Will never rent from them again.

    Irresponsible

    It is only the first week of my lease with Red Key and I am already likely filing a dispute with the RTDRS. The administration makes mistakes left and right causing the tenant to suffer. They were also very unprofessional from the beginning by promising we would hear back from them regarding approval in 2 business days. They took 4. If you try speaking to anyone at the office they remain impossible to get ahold of after 10 o'clock a.m.

    SIM bought the ho...

    SIM bought the house I live in 6 months ago.They've never introduced themselves.I've emailed some inquiries and 0 of them were answered.I initially gave them 6 months in checks,I forgot this was the month they ran out.They told us that the rent wasnt paid. I went the next day to drop off 6 more months&they charged me a $50 late fee?Thats how you treat a good tenant who has paid rent on time&never caused any issues,by charging $50 because he made an error&corrected it as soon as possible? THANKS!
