    A comfortable environment; ladies knew their product and made the whole bra buying process easier....love my new bra so much I wore it home . Thanks

    Not informed that...

    Not informed that my order (paid in full) was cancelled. Unable or not willing to follow-up or track my order. Defensive when I challenged them on this poor customer service. Not call me when my order finally arrived. Part-owner (courtney's sister) followed me out to my car when I picked up my order and told me that I was not welcome in their store. Please add to my better business bureau complaint with yours Go to the Bra Lounge In Ponoka.

    In addition, I do not appreciate the name of the owner being included in this review, and hope you understand it would be just as easy for me to mention your name as well. Our lawyer has been contacted, we will be watching for slander.

    Just to be clear, there is no Bra Lounge in Ponoka. When a patron treats people serving them like dirt visit after visit, you can expect a business to take a stand. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who are abrasive and disrespectful. That is what happened here.

    The staff there are phenomenal. I found a perfect match and she helped me find everything I needed quickly and easily. This is by far the best experience I've had bra shopping!
