Great and taking your money but if you need replacement parts Tom is demeaning, explains why paying someone to look for a $10 part isn't worth it and rather then tell you be won't help just puts you off until you give up.

I am not sure who this was but I would like a chance to talk to them. We have had very few complaints(formalized in writing) since starting in business in 1990 but I still like to make sure I have done everything I can to keep all our customers happy. We have 3 locations and hundreds of customers each day and sometimes we make mistakes but I always strive to do everything I can to make things right.
