Ruined My Sentimental Bracelet

I took my bracelet here to get the clasp fixed and the "o-rings" changed. Needless to say, the clasp and "o-rings" were changed but were not soldered together.I took it back, told me they could not solder them, only tighten them. At home, I put the bracelet on, to find that it had been fixed wrong AGAIN. Half of the charms faced the wrong way - so when the "o-rings" were tightened, she connected the two segments of the bracelet wrong.I will NEVER take my jewellery here to be repaired again.
