During the purchase they treat you top notch; However once they have your money they quickly change the tune.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Have been going to this dealership for service for 7 yrs first with my Mazda 3 and now with my CX5. Service is always great never an issues. Mitch the Manager is also great to deal with. Highly recommend this dealership to everyone. I am actually very surprised with other people’s reviews because I have always had a great experience. I have gone to other mazda deal ships in town for service they are horrible I would never go back but PARK never disappoints

Will never buy from here again. Service department and obviously owner didnt stand by warranty issue. Bought new in late 2016. Cx5. paint peeling and dash bulging over passenger air bag. Yup right over the safety device. Service manager would do nothing. So how does a dash bulge by the way? Its a factory flaw..period. but not to that service manager. How can they not stand by their customers...wow.. never go there. Now we all know what happens after you drive away and they have your money.

I bought a Mazda CX-5 2019 in the store. My sales rep Julie was awesome. However, after signing the contract and taking my money. The finance team J****/P** gave me a very poor customer service and being difficult to complete my necessary papers.

Before we purchased the car they had the most professional and helpful attitude, a week after the engine failed they didn't answer calls or emails, went in person and got told there's nothing they could do about it

Exceeded Expectations

When I arrived at Park Mazda I was a bit leery about the older facilities and the staff seemed very young compare to other dealerships in the city. However, the young sales lady that helped us was extremely knowledgeable and actually a lot of fun to deal with. We purchased the new Mazda 6, this car is unreal. It has all the same bells and whistles found in a comparable Lexus or BMW but was almost $20k less!!! Looks real sharp too. At first my payments were a little more than I was comfortable with but the finance manager was able to get me into the right comfort zone with all the options and packages I wanted including all my maintenance completely covered for 5 years!!!! I suggest making the trip out to the Park and check out this little gem of a dealership!! Unreal!!!
