    If it were an option, this business would rate ZERO stars. Customer service is non-existent. Calls for warranty (leaking roof) repairs go unanswered. Leave a message, they will not return the call. They've obviously moved their office, and have conveniently neglected to update their website with their new address. Next stop, the Better Business Bureau...

    Outstanding workmanship.

    We were delighted by every aspect of the two shingling jobs we got from Protec (May and June 2015)Estimates were complete, accurate and detailed. Crews were on time as scheduled. Crews were safety conscious and had a outstanding work ethic.

    Would never rec...

    Would never recommend this company, and I haven't even had work done by them. I came home, and my neighbour was having work done... While using my power. Their machines were plugged in to the front of my home, along with an iPhone. When I went over to confront the incident, they were sarcastic and disrespectful. I would expect more from a company who has "build such a great foundation in the roofing industry. Absolutely disgraceful.

    ProTec Roofing Ltd. must apologize to this person for all of the problems that arose during the application of his neighbors home. We had only purchased the company in August and did not have it up and running under our new management until September of 2014. As we were under the assumption that the crew the previous owners had was a great one we kept them on not knowing that some were not as professional as we wanted. We have since then removed the persons that did not fit into what we want in our employ. As new owners to a very established and well thought of company it is our goal to maintain a professional and personal relationship with everyone. Again our apologies and if you would like to further discuss this matter please do not hesitate to call us at our office. We are here to work with you.
