    Great place to work! I love being part of a company that cares so much about its employees. I feel very valued and appreciated. Our commitment to team morale is outstanding. I believe Norris Ford truly understands the significance of building these relationships and the importance of individual engagement. The idea that the staff is the dealerships most important asset has won me over. My loyalty, motivation, and job satisfaction have all increased because of it.

    If you're looking for top notch customer service look no further!! Norris Ford never fails to please with their stellar customer service. Not to mention the free coffee and cookies. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
